No. Heighten Science Publications does not charge any manuscript submission fee. Article Processing Charges (APCs), where applicable, are requested only after a manuscript has successfully completed peer review and been accepted for publication.

Article Processing Charges (APCs) help cover editorial management, peer review coordination, production, online hosting, DOI registration, digital archiving, indexing support, and long-term preservation of published articles.

Authors are requested to pay the applicable APC only after the manuscript has successfully completed peer review and receives formal editorial acceptance.
Yes. After acceptance, authors are required to complete the Open Access Authorship and Publication Agreement and approve the final formatted manuscript before publication.
Publication charges vary depending on the journal and article type. Please refer to the Article Processing Charges page for the latest APC information.
Yes. Eligible authors who demonstrate genuine financial need or are from qualifying low-income or developing countries may request a partial APC waiver or discount, subject to editorial approval and publisher policy.
Waiver requests should be submitted at the time of manuscript submission, along with supporting information explaining the request.
If publication is delayed beyond the stated policy due to publisher-related reasons, the case will be handled according to the official Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy available on our website.
Authors may withdraw their manuscript before signing the publication agreement and completing payment. After the agreement has been executed and publication processing has begun, cancellation is subject to the publisher's withdrawal policy.
